  I have written my family history and have printed one hard copy and also in soft (Windows Word). I would like to print this book for distribution within the family (not for resale) in format A4 size, portrait, containing total 385 pages of which 128 include colour, on 120gms paper and cover soft backed. I would need a cover front and back with paper weight at around 350gms with a spine on which should be printed 'The Bailey Family History' in upper case in Algerian Font size 40.
