Here are the details of the aluminium frame I would like to be powder coated in white. It is for the inside of a swimming pool cover so the coating will need to protect the aluminium from condensation and chlorine chemicals as well as general weathering. The frame is not yet assembled, so I will be delivering the following as separate components: a) 4 of 6m lengths of 4”x2” box section. Please note 2 of these will be hinged together across the length (8 separate 4" SS door hinges) b) 10 of 1.9m lengths of 4”x2” box c) 4 of 1m lengths 4”x2” box d) 4 of 0.5m lengths 4”x2” box e) 2 of 3m lengths of 2” U channel f) 40 of brackets of 3” angle - each approx 4" long.
