  We need new plumbing for the entire house as it has not been updated for many years - the kitchen and bathroom especially, as we will be looking to install a full new bathroom and possible kitchen. We would also need a new to buy a new boiler to be installed. The property is three bedroom, living and dining room together, bathroom is split into two rooms currently. We are hoping to knock this into one. We are also looking for the electrics to be replaced as, again, these are quite old. We are hoping for some advice as to which is best to do first - the electrics or the plumbing? We would like an idea on what price we can expect from this type of job. Many thanks.Read more
