  Leak to be repaired at property maybe coming from under bath or toilet and has caused damage to kitchen ceiling in so far as a large ish hole has appeared in the ceiling. Been advised new bathroom is required plus plumbing and ceiling repairs. Kitchen will also need replacing probably via a separate company though. Please can you quote as insurance wont cover for this work. Property is rented so tenant very unhappy. Letting agents have all details if required.Read more
