    Hi, I'm emailing about a leaking pipe on the exterior of our property. It appears to be leaking between a smaller pipe and where this connects to the large stack down pipe. I am living in Australia and tenants living in the flat, so we are trying to get some further details from them. We are on the top floor of Victorian conversion property so would likely need scaffolding/cherry picker to access the pipework.
