    The boiler is not working due to previous tenant draining system to remove a radiator and replace with heated towel rail in the bathroom but then moving out of the property which is in South Shore therefore boiler not got back on.     We have two boilers a Ravenheat 25 that has a timer fault as no signal can be made to switch on the Central Heating. No problem with hot water serviced last year No 2 Keston 36 has error code coming up. Serviced last year too at same tim.e What we would like if you offer a service contract for both paid monthly by direct debit in case of breakdown. We would expect no call out charges and parts to be included. We have looked at a few options online but when we went to review pages we decided if a Blackpool individual or company can off a good deal for both parties we would rather trust that company.Overall very good history and nothing goes wrong for years.
