Just took over the tenancy of a social housing flat in Oxton and cant help but notice that the floor dips from right to left. The flat is on the first floor and I guess the floor is concrete with some naff vinyl tiles over it. Could it be screeded to make it more level, if so how much? At a guess it is about 16 square yards floor area. How quickly would the screed dry for carpet fitting to begin. Also would the skirting boards need adjusting or replacing? Thanks, Danny.Read more
