  I wish to increase protection to my property from the possibility of flooding. This has only happened twice in 30 years. Around half the quantity for foundation for a wall (36 feet in length) set back from the edge of the water course. Remainder to support a raised replacement I beam bridge (15 feet) over burn and also to heighten existing concrete defences. by around 8 inches. My driveway is made up of chips so would make wheelbarrowing a real challenge but the driveway is quite spacious and a lorry could get within 12 feet of the job.
