  Male age 74. Reasonably fit and attend gym. Walk a lot at fairly fast pace. Stiff Neck for the past 3 months. Started to feel it when getting out of bed one morning and felt it was just a bad position when sleeping but has not gone away. During the day just annoying for example when turning to reverse the car etc when there is a limit to how far I can turn (both left and right). Worst during the night in bed when I move and pain goes through the rear sides and back of my neck. Would physiotherapy help.Read more
