  Our family's requirement is for home visits to our 90 - year - old mother who has lost her confidence to walk.There is no physiolgical reason for why she cannot walk. Her doctor informed her of this after she was treated for a urine infection. That was approximately three weeks ago. She is now receiving support from the occupational therapy service and physiotherapy. However, because of her age, we feel she needs more intensive support in order to progress before she loses motivation and ability. At present she can stand with a walker and march on the spot.Read more
