When I first sent of my documents, to get my first British passport (from polish) almost 2 months ago now I called before to ensure I sent off correct documents, it was then I was informed i could sent my parents right to work instead of their naturalisation as they didn’t have it in this country. When I was told 2 months in I couldn’t do that and I would need a naturalisation, I requested to get all documents sent back to get another polish passport as it will be quicker since I need a passport for a holiday booked.
