  Moving into a 4 bed house 1800sq ft and it smells of smoke. It's empty and needs scrubbing top to bottom. Then redecorated all in white so we can live in it on temporary basis while we try get planning permission. Our move in date is Fri 29th Sept and want to air the property few days and then get it cleaned and decorated as mentioned. House postcode pe26 2xu.
