  We are a Property Holding company, based in Hoyland. We have approx. 50no owned but rented properties, all of which are purpose built within the last 20 years. We often require individual properties to be fully decorated to a high standard when tenants vacate and the property is empty. We require a quick turnaround so prompt attention is required. Only professional and quality approved contractors/decorators need apply. Our standards and specifications are high. A quotation for a typical 2 bedroom house, including stairs, bathroom, lounge, kitchen and WC is required.
