  I have been having lower back pain for two months. I am currently off work on sick leave and the nhs say my physio appointment will take place end of July which is far too long to wait. I feel a painful pinch in my lower back. Alongside that I feel alot of pain at the top of my thighs. This affects my sleeping and it’s hard to get up from laying down. I can’t stand for long periods of time as my back starts hurting. I am on medication for the pain, pain relief and anti inflammatory and it works periodically, but not fixing the problem.Read more
