  As an employer we have lots of staff who are not registered with a doctor. So when an employee suffers from an ailment, illness, etc we are often at a loss as to what we can do. Not being experts in the medical field we are relying on what an employee tells. This is not very satisfactory all round. Furthermore, we have a large warehouse operation so colds, flu, migraines, strains, sprains, trips & other situations are frequent occurrences that arise from manual work.
