I have been struggling for a very long time with my mood going from being happy and engaging in activities to extremely depressed, unable to concentrate. Very tired and not wanting to go on. This Co insides with my periods. I have no triggers and this is the pattern every month. 10 days of sadness then a few days into period my mood lifts. I have been on various medicine with no improvements. I have tried the contraceptive injection, the pill and they are now talking about the coil. I am certain it's premenstrual dysphoria disorder.
