    Restore a 2003 Honda VFR800 VTEC. 1. Fork spring service and respray in gloss black. Polish the chrome sliders. 2. Shock service and respray. 3. Braided brake lines. 4. Fit new tyres front and rear. I have a new set of Pirelli Angel GT to go on. 5. Major service and engine rebuild (replace all gaskets and perishables). 6. Install Healtech gear indicator I have purchased. 7. Replace heated grips. 8. Replace the hoses and other perishables. 9. Replace wiring loom. 10. PAIR Mod and FLAPPER delete. 11. DYNO tune to eliminate rough spots. 12. Powdercoat frame in gloss black. 13. Fit a Quickshifter. 14. Service gearbox and replace parts as necessary. 15. Service clutch and replace parts as necessary. 16. Fit a black rear hugger. 17. Inspect/replace the cushdrive rubbers. 18. Inspect swingarm bearings and rubbers and replace parts where necessary. 19. Inspect and service the headstock bearings. 20. Respray the yoke silver OEM colour. 21. Respray engine and remove rust etc. 22. Upgrade to a comfort seat in black. 23. Full valet and deep clean. 24. Put on blue 'VFR' wheel decals. 25. Relocate dashcam monitor. 26. Fit new battery. 27. Upgrade and fit new rectifier/regulator as this is a known weak area for this bike. 28. Inspect serviceability of the starter motor. 29. Inspect cooling fans and motor for serviceability and wear. 30. Polish oil cooler piping to remove oxidation pitting. 31. Inspect radiators and oil cooler and replace parts as necessary. 32. Colourmatch the brake calipers to main bike fairing colour. 33. Upgrade dash to blue LED backlit. 34. Upgrade headlight, brake and indicator bulbs to LED. 36. Service brake calipers and discs 37. K&N air filter. I work overseas. Bike can be in workshop until July 2020 for completion if required. I am happy to discuss payment in full on completion or in stages throughout the build. Whatever works. I would like a high quality build on this bike to be like new please. Hope you can help?
