  I have a £60,000 deposit from my parents and want a £60K to £70K mortgage as a first time buyer. My self employed earnings accounts supplied £12,400 partners £11,500. The house is adjoining my uncles house and the owner suggests £135,000 but will be flexible with another independant valuation or mortgage valuation taken into account. Barclays have given an agreement in principle but their advisor is very lacking in knowledge and doesn't seem clear on what he is doing. Ican provide the figures but need advice and sssistance in making application to a mortgage supplier.Read more
