  My stepfather (Mr K M Soe, called Tom for short)is in hospital and in need of a chirpodist appt. He is at Intermediate Care Unit City Care Centre, PE3 6DB, Room 15. I have cut his hair but needs a proper one. I wondered if possible to book an appointment at the hospital on a Friday afternoon between 1.15pm -4.00pm.
