  I am a 78 Yr old Gentleman, I fell on the Footpath outside my House on July 1st this year, I landed on my Left shoulder, my Dr sent me for an X-ray which he said the result was inconclusive, I have been on Paracetamol, since my fall, but the pain is more or ess incessant, the Pain in my arms, makes me shout at times, although I realise it is a soft tissue injury, I don’t understand the Pain in my Arm.
