  45ft mooring space for residential living, for a safety certificate and water ways licensed narrow boat. It would be excellent to be able to access electric and water but not essential. The boat is habitable but needs interior cosmetic work which we are starting as soon as we have found a suitable place to moor. Any information would be appreciated, many thanks.Read more
