  Material : hard drawn 12.7 mm diameter aluminium bar, approx cost £25 for 2 off 3.0 m lengths. 8 off items: central section (as drawn) 600 +/- 1 mm long (IMPORTANT DIMENSION). Each side standard male thread M8x1.25 42-45 mm long. Items need to screw flush into existing components so small undercut needed to eliminate any tool radius at both central section / screw thread interfaces. Small chamfers (1 to 2 mm) at end of threaded portions to facilitate assembly/avoid sharp edges. firm quotation expected and completion ASAP but within April.
