    For ALL rooms - despite utility room and garage: Take up carpets, sand and seal wooden floor redecorate walls and ceiling (now textured wallpaper) Sand and seal the wooden floor. Additional work for certain rooms and measurements see below: Living room (3,64x3,45) Office (3,04x3,60) Garage Supply and fix lining to wall to cover brick work. Fix some shelving Utility (2,70x2,40) Take up vinyl flooring and fix new floor tiles Master bedroom (3,10x3,80) Modify existing hanging rail and shelving to wardrobes as required. Daughters bedroom (3,60x3,70) Hack off wall tiles in a corner and make good walls. Supply and fix new shelving where tiles have been removed as required. Guests bedroom (2,60x2,50) Resite existing boiler into roof space and alter pipework to suit. Modify existing cupboard. Bathroom (2,70x1,70) Strip out bath, shower, tray, W.C., basin and radiator etc. Remove existing walls as required. Hack off all wall tiles and make good walls. Install wiring for cabinet light and 2 No. wall lights Install clients bath, shower, W.C., Screen, basin and towel rail. Fix 3 sqm of clients wall tiles Hall Renew existing fuse board. Kitchen Strip out existing kitchen units and worktops etc. Supply and install new French doors Hack off existing wall tiles. Install kitchen units, worktops and appliances. Install new spurs for dishwasher, oven and hob. Install additional sockets above worktop.
