    1. Take out the existing gas hob and dispose of. 2. Rub down the kitchen units using extremely fine grade sand paper; apply two coats of satin finish varnish to all the units. 3. Hack off the wall tiles to the area above the worktop and dispose of all rubbish, make good the walls where necessary. Supply and fit ‘ bumpy ‘ white 6’’ x 6’’ wall tiles with white grout and the edges to have a ‘ bull nose ‘ edge to stop the rough edges. 4. Supply and fit up lifter lights above the wall units, (allow 8 no.) 5. Move the small unit previously at the end where the hob was to now be brought over to the wall on the right of the sink with the base unit re-used to the area under and cut around the pier and wall. 6. Supply and fit a new ceramic sink unit to the same size as the existing with a high level; tap. 7. Supply and fit a 12.5mm cable to the fuse board as new range cooker will require 32 amp supply and socket. 8. Remove the ten down lighters to the ceiling and dispose of. Supply and fit ten chrome type down lighters to be wired in to the fluorescent lighting and to disconnect the fluorescent lighting and dispose of. 9. Make good the ceiling and paint the ceiling with two full coats of vinyl matt silk emulsion in white. 10. Supply and fit 3no. Shelves in MDF and to be painted in vinyl matt white emulsion (approx 50 x 60) 11. Infill the area above the fridge. 12. Supply and fit new worktop to the entire kitchen and allowing for a mitre mason joint. (using ‘granite style’ worktop) sections 150 x 60; 70 x 60; 130 x 60;110 x 60; 230 x 60Read more
