  Hi, my kitchen 3700mm x 4200mm approx was extended out of a kitchen and bathroom about 5 years ago, I guess as permitted development. I'd like a large garden window and door to replacing existing which would need a steel. I also want to reinstall a toilet: modify another window, install and plaster partition, new door, towel rail extractor etc. There would be re-routing of plumbing, electrical wiring and radiator, then new floor. I hope to save some kitchen units, add new doors but also plan some new units, a new sink and hob. I'd like someone to advise and quote for the job. It's a terrace house in E. Ipswich. There is side access and room to park a van at the front. I'd hope to start in February.Read more
