  Good Afternoon, I work for Gleeds and we are the quantity surveyors on a project for a new academic building at the University of Portsmouth. We have recently been issued the stage 4 information and are looking for a budget rate for the flooring to compare our current allowance against before going to tender. We are currently looking at a little over £1 million for flooring.
