Dear Sir or Madame, We are looking for a contractor to install an external ducting and a fan for a laboratory LEV system. It shall be sized for a fume cabinet 1500 mm wide. The cabinet will be looked at separately, but if you have a good used option, please offer it as well. The ducting and the fan shall be placed on the outer wall of a building. The total height of the building (ground to the roof overhang) is 6 m. Ground to the white shades – 3.2m. The ducting to get out through an existing metal sheet in the wall. Below is the view from the inside. The hole for the duct to be expanded to 250mm. 6m The duct goes through the grid (to be removed and replaced with a different/ smaller one. There is sufficient space between the wall and the white metal shades of around 34 cm. The width of the opening is 120 cm. The duct shall contain a fan to be powered (speed controlled manually) from the inside. Would you be able to install such an extraction system for us? Please quote.
