I am a 70 year old man with a friendly and positive personality who enjoys life and meeting people. 2 Bedroom flat to accommodate my family visitors on frequent weekend visits. Dedicated off road car parking preferred. Any floor though a lift would be useful beyond first floor. Short walking distance to shops preferred though not essential yet. Wi-Fi would be good as I am a member of Mersea Island Lions and am in an officers role using internet and emails constantly. A room with a view would be good as I don't like feeling closed in. A busy location would be fine but not next door to a Pub or Nightclub. Have retired from a life of public service employment. Former company director of a Private Coach and Bus company. Also 14 years as a Dpt of Transport Approved Driving Instructor (A.D.I). I am new to this home seeking lark so don't know if the above info is of any use to you.
