My mother is still wanting to be independent however she does suffer from multiple sclerosis and arthritis. She currently has carer in 2 times a day for meal prep so she would still require meal time assistance and community alarms within. With her conditioning deteriorating she may need for assistance in future so an adaptable care plan would be required. She would need assistance with housework and laundry from time to time of the family were unable to come.
