  I am over weight cannot seem to shed the weight and always tired no matter how long I sleep.I never have energy and feel very old I have a lot of back pain which impacts on my legs and so my mobility is restricted In other words I cannot stand for very long nor can I walk for any length of time unaided by either rollator or shopping trolley. Could anyone help me to get to the bottom of this and perhaps then eradicate the causes as far as possible.Read more
