Hello. I have moved here to Beccles. Since moving and the washing machine was put int it has been leaking along the outlet pipe. It now also has some sort of lock on it and will not work at all. I have not touched it for a good while and have been using a neighbours due to finances. One of my carers recommended you and I was wondering what the costs are for coming out and so on. My family member said the back ks full of water also, mentioned something about a filter possibly. Could have it wrong. Look forward to hearing from you.
