Hi I need a consultation, my hair at moment is dark brown and I'm thinking of going a little lighter maybe chocolate brown? I don't want much of my length (as little as possible) just above my shoulders at moment, I have fine hair and would like a bodywave or permanent wave/ loose big curl , I would like advice on what to do with my fringe which is growing out at moment.
