We have just moved into a new build property in Wrea Green and the lounge has two bay windows with sloping tiled roofs, the developer in there infinite wisdom does not feel it a requirement to fit guttering to these bays. However as we have found when it rains it just pours off the roofs and the wind just blows the water onto the windows ( not ideal ). I have done a rough measurement and the overall guttering needed is (roughly ) 25ft, and two lengths of drainpipe about 8 ft in length into already prepared sealed drain.
