To replace all weatherboards, soffits and gutters. Repoint two chimney's. On 3 storey block of 12 flats in Bexhill. Work to be done possibly June of next year. One problem is near sea front and seagulls have been nesting on the roof and a little concerned about the legal position if disturbed whilst nesting. Also are there any deterrents to stop them nesting.Read more
