  Part A. Decking Remval 1. Lift and remove 4 yr old decking inc support beams, (approx 20' x 15') using some to repair smaller old deck. 2. Remove old membrane and gravel beneath decking. (Inc removal off site of all rubbish etc). Part B. Preparation/lawn turf 3. Prepare border edges and ground for laying soil and lawn turf. 4.
