  We have moved into a new property and had a conservatory added. We require the rear garden to be developed such that we have a path around the conservatory with a retaining wall to prevent the lawn from growing over the path (slight slope on lawn towards the rear of the property). Other requirements are for the lawn to be removed from either side of the conservatory and have either paved or gravelled areas in replacement of the lawn. There may be an additional requirement for a field drain due to apparent excess water draining down the slope of the lawn, advice required.Read more
