    The National Clarion Cycling Club would be interested in holding their Annual Prize Presentation and AGM at Sheringham / Cromer, next Easter. We would be grateful if you could let us have a price for Accommodation and Function Rooms for 3-nights next Easter, March 25th to 28th. Their are 30 Clarion Cycling Clubs around the UK under the umbrella of the National Clarion. Each Easter, we have a Conference/AGM and Annual Prize Presentation/meal. We would like to bring the Easter Meet to Sheringham or Cromer in 2016. The club was established in 1894 and this will be our 121st Easter Meet. We would require: A room on Friday night for maybe 30 - 40 people for the Conference / AGM from 7:00pm. Delegates will need to sign on for the weekend from around 5:00pm onwards on Friday. We would require an area for this where we could have a Presentation Stand / Notice Board. A large function room on Saturday for an evening of cycling related activities such as Roller Racing, which is Static Bikes wired up to a display unit. We would also require a Buffet for this. 7:00 - 11:30pm A Function Room on Sunday to cater for 100-120 people for a sit-down meal and Prize Presentation. 7:00 - 11:30pm. Other items that we have had in recent years include: The National Clarion Flag flying from the Hotel Mast. A room to store bikes in. A "Clarion Beer" that we have brought in, for behind the bar. We will leave it to individuals to book accommodation in the area, but it would help us to have accommodation in the "Head Quarters Hotel" at a good price, as many members prefer this option.
