    Hi there, I'm currently researching venues to help me decide on whether my new business venture would take off. I am hoping to become a self employed events organiser under a reputable company, the events hosted are strictly baby and children pre owned sales. Is this something your venue would allow? If yes could you please take the time to answer my questions below. 1. I would be looking to accommodate 40 stall holders (with enough space for a 5ftx2ft table each) is this something I could accomplish at your venue? Do you have tables available for these events which could be included in the venue hire? 2. The event would be 2 hours long and would have people coming and going throughout that time scale, the total figures are variable. Would this be ok? 3. I would need extra time to set up and time to tidy up at the end. Is this possible? 4. I would have my own public liability insurance that covers any venue I would host my event at. How much would your fees be to hold an event such as this and when would the balance need to be paid by? Are you happy for a deposit upon booking and remainder nearer the date of said event? 5. If the event is a success I would be looking for a venue to help me host the events on a permanent 2 monthly basis. Is this something you could offer?
