looking for a empty flat on regent street which I'm going to sell, to get cheap carpets and at least 10mm underlay supplied and fitted to the hall . bedroom , and living room , I will need gripper also , I will take all the doors off for ease as they will probably need re sized anyway. the flat is completely empty so no moving anything around . the sizes are as follows...
