  I am a traditional fishmonger in Berkshire, with expanding home delivery business. I have been trading for 4 years. I pay my suppliers within 14 days, usually 7 days. I am looking for a supplier to mirror how I buy in Cornwall. I like to buy small amounts of whole fish to display in my shop and prepare in front of customers. I need 25-30kg of best 3-5lb Cod Fillet, each week, but I would also like some display fish for the counter. So typically looking for a mixed box of whole cod, monk, hake, haddock, red fish, halibut, catfish, etc. My South Coast supplier uses a second hand salmon box and just sends a mixed box. I would suggest my business would suit a small merchant looking for a easy customer. I am only looking for best quality. Delivery should be to Reading via Cornwall from Enfield.Read more
