  Hello, I have a 2012 Ford Ranger with a 2.2 diesel engine, it has done 105k miles. there is a knocking sound as the engine is running, we think it is the crank shaft or piston slap (it could be both!) I think the engine needs to be re-built. I can remove it from the vehicle and deliver it to a workshop, then build it back into the vehicle myself. Please let me know if you are able to help.
