Good morning, My name is Ion Lupan and I live at 31a Cromartie Street, Dresden, Longton, ST3 4LG. I received this apartment from Sanctuary Housing recently (2 weeks ago), and on Sunday I want to move. Sanctuary Housing told me to get in touch with the gas and electricity suppliers in the area to legalize through a service contract their services. In other words, I am a little contradictory and confused : is this necessary if the gas is prepaid with the card and the electricity is also prepaid with a key? Sanctuary Housing has advised me to choose suppliers that will make my more competitive offer. Please advise me what to do next. And if there is a need for a contract, please make me an offer.
