I have planning permission for conversion of an outbuilding into a dwelling, our architect designed a curved /arch roof saying all the time that there was a simple and inexpensive way of doing this. Now the building regs person has called to assess the plans it appears our architect was wrong in what he told us and that a whole new roof and support structure would be needed. There are privacy issues as well, However i have a good idea what is needed and need someone to redraw to my design.Read more
