Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Church Warden at St John the Baptist Church (The Church By The Locks) in Hillmorton - CV21 4PP. We have some storm water drains (to soak-aways) that flood at the slightest downpour. We have tried rodding but to no avail. Indeed we have no idea where the soak-way pits are !!
