Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you as a matter of urgency due to a prisoner at HMP the Mount requires a private Doctor for consultation as he has been largely ignored and abuse by the Prison health service staff and has been told that he is Prison not a hospital and declined to give him his medication. We would like to have a private general check-up. We will pay the fees for the Doctor to visit him at the Prison as the patient needs to be examine urgently as he doesn’t have any alternative treatment and is suffering with acute pain and discomfort.
