Hi my name is Melanie I am a vegetarian and have been one for over 35 years now the last couple of months I find that if I don't eat enough throughout the day I am starting to get bad head and feel dizzy I work all day five days a week up till about 5pm we are not allowed a break so it is very difficult for me to have anything to eat I can make a drink by the time I get home l am tired and I cook frozen and convenient food at weekends I find I am just eating junk food my diet has never been the healthiest but I feel like it is affecting my health now.Read more
