Good morning. I have made a successful insurance claim regarding underpinning an internal wall in the stairwell of my house. I have had estimates from 2 companies, one of which has asked for an engineers calculation of the loading on the existing wall before firming up on their piling design & quotation. Could you assist please? I am a retired landscape architect & its not desperately urgent. If it is something you are interested in, I can send you my own CAD plans & Elevs plus the report prepared by Geobear on behalf of Innovation on behalf of Aviva Insurance.
