    My dental bridge has fallen out, can it be made into a partial denture until I can get a new one fitted. I have not had a dentist for almost 10 years and I am finding it difficult to get seen by a NHS dentist, at the moment I am finding it impossible to chew my food and I am embarrassed to smile. I have always had good teeth but the last 18 mths they seem to be deteriorating, hence having a massive effect on my self esteem.
