I have am Implant Bar overdenture with four Ostem implants (15,12,22 and 25) placed in India by a very qualified surgeon 3 years ago. The bar has fractured and i have two implants submerged (25 and 22) as a consequence I am unable to use the upper denture. BEFORE a free consultation I need an estimate of total cost. I fully appreciate this will be an estimate and subject to investigation. The estimate is necessary for me to avoid time consuming multiple consultations.
