  Just had this back from survey that needs looking at:The surveyor confirmed rising damp is present to the ground floor walls of the property, he further confirmed the suspended timber flooring to the ground floor is very springy in places and is defective. The surveyor has requested a specialist check by a PCA registered contactor is obtained, on the property’s timbers and damp and to the kitchen and utility and that the specialist repair recommendation is implemented.Read more
